4. BRC Weldmesh Fence

BRC weldmesh fence is a strong, welded steel wire fence made of rectangular welded wire mesh panels with a “V” bend at the top and bottom for added strength. BRC fences are commonly seen in Singapore and are widely used for long-term security fencing at schools, factories, industrial sites, warehouses and residential properties.

Fence Height for Landed Properties in Singapore

Fence height in Singapore depends on the property type and boundary design. For many landed private residential properties, boundary walls are commonly designed up to 1.8m in height under URA guidelines. When a metal fence is installed together with an existing parapet or boundary wall, the total visible height should be considered carefully as part of the overall boundary design.
