For added flexibility, every 2 panels can also be customised to slide and fold separately, allowing users to partially open the door when needed instead of opening the entire system. Folding doors can provide a much wider opening compared to sliding doors because the door panels fold and stack neatly to one side. This allows users to maximise the entrance space and create a more open connection between indoor and outdoor areas.

In comparison, sliding doors always require one or more fixed panels to remain in place, which limits the maximum opening width.

3) Laminated Glass (Safety Glass)
What it is: Two layers of glass bonded with an interlayer. If cracked, the glass tends to stay held together.
Common thickness: 6.38mm and above (e.g., 6.38mm, 8.38mm, etc).
Colours/ Finishes: Clear, tinted, frosted, patterned options.
Typical use: Popular where extra safety, security, or better sound reduction is desired. It is also commonly used for bathroom/toilet doors when safety glass is needed.
